ACND is seeking an experienced professional to join our accounting team in managing
daily financial operations and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal
candidate possesses critical thinking skills, is detail-oriented and highly organized.
Minimum three years of accounting experience
Associate Degree in Accounting (Not required but considered a definite plus)

Facilities & Grounds Operative - Flex
Duties consist of building and grounds custodial and maintenance work assisting construction crews and assisting boaters in and around the facilities.
Position will be required to work on a rotating weekend basis and overtime as required.
This position is classified as an “essential position” in regard to bad weather and storm operations.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
High School Graduate or GED
Must have ability to work on and near the water
Must demonstrate ability to swim minimum 25 yards
Must have ability to work extended periods outdoors in year-round weather conditions

The Aransas County Navigation District is hiring personnel to fill the position
Ticket Booth Attendant - Seasonal
Main responsibility is to sell and collect money for daily/annual Rockport Beach admission. You will be an informed resource to all guests utilizing the facility, answering questions about Rockport Beach policies and procedures, pricing and rates. Ticket Booth Attendants are expected to always maintain a professional appearance and attitude, along with providing a high standard of customer service. This position is seasonal.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
High School Graduate or GED
Seasonal Position with varied hours and start/finish times.
Must have ability to work in environment affected by seasonal changes including exposure to summer heat, high levels of humidity, wind, rain, cool/mild/cold winter conditions, direct and indirect exposure to sunlight, loud vehicles, periods of high traffic volume, and constant interaction with visitors.

The Aransas County Navigation District is hiring personnel to fill positions for
Pavilion Setup & Custodial Crew – This is a part-time labor position
Duties to consist of setting up tables and chairs and cleaning to make ready for events and to come in after event and reset and clean. Must be able to lift minimum of 50#
Position will be required to work on a flexible basis, early, late night and weekend hours are required
