Liveaboard Policy and Rules
City Dock Fee
ACND
boat slip clients may use the City Dock at no charge for not
more than four (4) full or partial days per year, provided
the boat slip tenant requests of the City Dock in advance of
use. ACND boat
slip clients who exceed their four days or partial days or
who do not pre-arrange for use and non-ACND clients shall
pay a daily fee of $0.45 per linear foot of boat or $12.00
per day or partial day, whichever is greater.

DISCOUNT AVAILABILITY: Transient boat
clients may obtain an immediate BoatUS discount (25%) on
their dockage by either presenting a valid BoatUS
membership card, or by purchasing a BoatUS membership at
the time of dockage at our Harbors. |

IMPORTANT NOTICE! It is the policy of the ACND to actively and aggressively prosecute individuals who dock in our harbors without authorization! Transient boaters
(visitors) are asked to register
( even if not paid) within two hours (2 hrs.) of arrival at an ACND Harbor. Call 1-361-729-6661 or after hours (24 hrs.) at 1-361-385-0524. In the event that you cannot reach someone, leave a voice message on either phone (particularly the
385-0525 number), advising of your boat name, your name and the approximate location where you are docked. Thank you for visiting our Harbors.
